3. Service Availability
The availability and quality of the Service may vary depending on location, infrastructure, and other technical factors. While Sunny Broadband strives to ensure continuous service, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
– You must ensure that your equipment (modem, router, etc.) is compatible with the Service.
– You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including passwords and other access credentials.
– You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, including, but not limited to, hacking, distribution of malware, or violations of copyright laws.
5. Service Fees and Payment

– The total liability of Sunny BroadBand for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Force Majeure

15.The ONU devices provided by Sunny BroadBand either against a security deposit or as a bundled plan will remain the property of Sunny BroadBand Pvt Ltd at all times and the company reserves the right to take it back in case the connection is terminated, surrendered or inactive
The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi Speed is subject to the customer premise’s in-house coverage & customer premises device performance.
The Company shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign along with offered gratification (if any) and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.
